Vincent was born and raised in North Carolina, and has lived in Spokane, WA; Las Vegas, NV; and Atlanta, GA, before returning home to the Old North State. His journeys have led him everywhere from football fields to newsrooms, from college campuses to classrooms.

He currently lives in NC with his wife, 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 snakes.
